McFatter Summer Institute – JV Readiness and Conditioning Camp
Grades 8 -12
JV Ready Conditioning Camp is designed for students in grades 8–12 who want to build the strength, speed, endurance, and confidence needed to compete for a spot on their high school JV or varsity team. In this indoor camp, participants will take part in structured conditioning, agility drills, strength training, and performance-focused workouts that help prepare them for the demands of school athletics in a safe, supportive environment. Campers will also develop discipline, teamwork, and goal-setting skills while gaining exposure to career pathways connected to sports performance, fitness training, coaching, and health science. This camp gives working parents a productive and motivating summer option that keeps their student active, focused, and preparing for success in the upcoming sports season. Free lunch included.

Morning: 9AM – 12PM
(Full day option applies to grade 8 students only; there are no PM camps for grades 9-12.)
FOR FULL DAY CAMP OPTION YOU MUST SELECT TWO CAMPS: AM AND PM FOR YOUR CHOSEN SESSION.
