Build Forklift Driver Skills Through Classroom and Hands-On Training
This forklift certification course is designed for individuals with some forklift knowledge and driving experience who want to build their operational skills and strengthen their understanding of safe forklift procedures. The course includes classroom and hands-on training through the National Safety Council/FLI Learning Systems, Inc., with forklift operation training definitions from OSHA and NIOSH. Students who complete the course receive a certificate valid for 3 years.
PREREQUISITE: Students should have some forklift knowledge and experience as a driver before enrolling.
Accreditation and Financial Aid
The Council on Occupational Education does not accredit avocational courses. These courses do not qualify for Title IV financial aid. For additional information on accreditation, please contact the institution.
Registration and Course Availability
Forklift Certification classes are offered on select dates, and registration is available on a first come, first served basis. Students must register in person in advance to reserve a seat.
